Awakening Within Courses
There are two levels to the Awakening Within course, the first level - ‘A Guide to Self-Loving’, and the second level - ‘Singing Your Sexual Song’, both of which are live-in courses run over five days each in a safe and supportive environment.
There are two facilitators (1 man and 1 woman) on each course and one course supporter (1 woman). The maximum number of women per course is 14 although usually the number is under 10. We like to keep the groups small so that we ensure that we keep the retreats warm and personal. The course fees for each level are $1450 this includes yummy food and accommodation. Awakening Within course participants learn how to:

Heal the shame that keeps us from being our true and authentic selves

Understand the nature of orgasms and the different types of orgasms available to women

A Guide to Self-Loving - Level 1
To live harmoniously within ourselves means to embrace our spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. Conscious acceptance of our bodies and our sexual nature plays a vital role in our spiritual development.
Awakening Within emphasises learning how to play again, while engaging in a series of open discussions and exercises and a voluntary sharing of one’s own experience.
Women may come to grips with what it means to be a sensual/sexual human being, not as a mere classroom exercise, but as a sacred ceremony.
There are guidelines established for Awakening Within which make it safe to express your sensuality and sexuality, and celebrate your own body.
Each day of the course consists of peaceful walks, meditation, open discussions and exercises that are designed to expand the capacity to experience joy, pleasure and satisfaction.
Singing Your Sexual Song - Level 2
This level is designed for women who have completed Level 1 and want to further increase their knowledge and expand their capacity to experience sexual fulfilment and intimacy within themselves and with their partners. It explores body de-armoring to enable women to release physical and emotional blocks that cause us to remain stuck in past trauma or negative experience.
